History

• Crivalex Trade SRL was founded in 1998 with fully Romanian private capital, with headquarters in Brăila.
• Crivalex started working in a small section, producing small volumes of cookies and cakes (without having a brand) and selling the products only on the traditional trade channel.
• Over time, the business grew, volumes and turnover grew steadily and the need arose to create a brand.
• By launching the HappyFursec™ brand in 2010, we managed to enter the modern trade channel and started exporting our products to the European Union, Canada and the USA.
• In 2012 we consolidated production by building a new factory with modern equipment.
• In 2014 we launched the website www.happyfursec.ro.
• In 2018, as a natural continuation of the development of our company's identity, the shareholders decided to move the production from CRIVALEX TRADE SRL to HAPPY FURSEC SRL.
